Data Collection: I do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Beyond the optional account sign-in and basic product analytics described below, my applications (including S-Player and NeoStream Video Grabber) and this website do not collect personally identifiable information (PII).

Local-First Processing:AI features are designed for local execution. Processing with models and engines such as Whisper, MLX, and Kokoro runs on the user's own machine to maximize privacy and keep sensitive inputs local whenever technically possible.

Speech with Me — Usage Data & Account: The Speech with Me desktop app sends limited, non-content usage data to my own service at amirmehrabiani.tech to understand usage and deliver updates: app version, operating system, a device/computer name, anonymous install and session identifiers, launch and usage counts, and update checks. Your conversations, transcripts, saved words, and audio are never transmitted. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and links this basic usage to your account; it is used only to provide your account, updates, support, and messages, and to operate a remote safety/kill switch for the software. You can use the core app without signing in.

Phone Companion:Speech with Me's optional phone-access feature runs a local server on your own Wi-Fi so a phone on the same network can talk to your coach. It is off by default and protected by a pairing code; the audio and AI processing stay on your network and are not sent to the internet or to me.

Chrome Extension (NeoStream): NeoStream Video Grabber only analyzes website content to detect available media streams for the user. Detected stream information is not shared with me or any third party.

Cookies: This website uses minimal cookies required for basic functionality and visual/neural background effects. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are intentionally deployed.

As-Is Clause:All software is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I am not liable for data loss, hardware damage (including damage from intensive GPU/CPU AI workloads), downtime, or system errors.

AI Hallucinations: Users acknowledge that AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs, including incorrect translations and transcriptions.

Terminal Safety: For applications such as Speech with Me, users are 100% responsible for reviewing, validating, and safely executing any terminal commands suggested by AI output.
